Bruce Steinbaum 
Managing Member
Mr. Steinbaum has been with the firm since 1974, and is responsible for the overall management of the company, client relations, and all legal and insurance related matters. Mr. Steinbaum is a California State licensed real estate broker, and has been conferred with the title of National Assisted Housing Professional, otherwise known as NAHP-e, by the National Assisted Management Association.

Karen Steinbaum | Member
Karen Steinbaum has been with the firm since 1978, and assists with the overall management of the firm, including the programmatic/compliance operations of our affordable housing management portfolio. Ms. Steinbaum is a past president of the Los Angeles Housing Managers Association, and her dynamic and innovative efforts have distinguished her both locally and nationally. Ms. Steinbaum was the recipient of the Clive Graham Memorial Award for excellence in housing from the Affordable Housing Management Association – PSW in 1995, and has been conferred with the title of NAHP-e. Ms. Steinbaum serves on the boards of the Affordable Housing Management Association – PSW, as well as the National Affordable Housing Management Association.

Christopher White | Executive Director
Christopher White has been with the firm since 1970. Mr. White assists with the overall physical and programmatic operation of our apartment management portfolio. Mr. White is considered one of the nation’s preeminent experts in affordable housing programs, and has been conferred with the title of NAHP-e. Mr. White is the past president of the Affordable Housing Management Association - PSW, and was that Association’s recipient of the 1994 Clive Graham Memorial Award for distinguished work in the assisted housing field.

Judah Elcayam | Chief Financial Officer
Judah Elcayam has been with SK Management Company, LLC since 1980. Mr. Elcayam oversees our bookkeeping staff and financial operations, and works closely with SK Management Company’s clientele with the dissemination of financial information.

Cynthia Croy, CMCA | Homeowners Association (HOA) Director
Cynthia Croy has been with SK Management Company, LLC since 1984. Ms. Croy spearheads the management of our HOA portfolio, working closely with Boards of Directors and homeowners in the successful operation of those properties.

Bookkeeping Department
Our Bookkeeping Department is an extremely experienced staff, many of whom have over 20 years of knowledge. Our bookkeepers are responsible for the maintenance of the general ledgers and accounting records for each property. We pride ourselves in the accuracy of our books and records, and our accountability to our clients.

Supervisory Staff
SK Management Company’s Supervisory Staff comprises of experienced and dedicated property supervisors, all of whom have direct on-site management experience. Our supervisors are regionally assigned for maximum effectiveness and coverage.

Compliance Team
SK Management Company’s Compliance Team consists of Senior Occupancy Specialists with an average experience of over 10 years. These individuals, in addition to having a range of professional certification such as SHCM, CPO, COS, AHM, bring diversity, experience, and a deep knowledge of housing programs. The Compliance Team’s cumulative experience ensures that SK Management Company maintains the knowledge, understanding, and tools to help meet the toughest challenges and deliver a lasting impact for the company and its clients.
